Privacy
Pixelprep sends an image to an outside service only when you run a tool on it. Each service below receives the data listed and nothing else.

| OpenAI | Images and prompts you run Edit or Extend on | Keeps abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days. Does not train on them by default. |
| Clerk | Your name, email address and sign-in details | Until you delete your account. |
| Convex | Your account, workspaces, credit balance and run history | Until you delete your account. |
| Polar | Your email address and billing details for purchases | Kept as tax records. |
| Cloudflare | Result images (R2 storage) and the emails we send you | Result images are deleted after 30 days on Free, 90 on Creator and 180 on Studio. |
| Sentry | Error reports from the panel and servers | Set by Sentry's default project retention. |
Your data
Delete your account in the Pixelprep panel and your workspace, run history and stored results are deleted. To ask for a copy of your data, or for a deletion the panel does not cover, email [email protected].
